A beginning

The concept of blogs, or online journals, is fascinating to me. I have decided to start a casual blog to see what it is like and build some online publishing skills (very basic ones at that). Most entries will deal with dining or sports, and most dining posts will be about casual dining, so there's the name. I've never wanted to have an online journal type site before because I didn't believe that I had much to say worth sharing. Recently I have realized that it doesn't matter what material finds it way into these journals, they are self-satisfying. Now it is time to reap the benefits of sharing opinion and information with the world. Welcome!
