I like this picture of me from back in February. Wing Bowl morning, and we didn't get in, so I wanted to make the trip more worthwhile and get a couple of good pictures of me giving the Phillies offices at CBP the finger. I'm coming around on the organization, although, as a fan I don't really like Ed Wade as GM, not that he isnt a nice guy, I'm sure he is. I don't think the team has a shot at making the playoffs, but their efforts to win this season prove a point, it is never really worth it to call it a season early and "rebuild for the future". When the team has been eliminated, rebuild. If the team is close to elimination and is out of it at the trade deadline, trading big contracts for future prospects is a great idea. But mailing it in in June? July? Sorry, too early, unless you are the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, for whom every day is a rebuilding day.
